Apple unveils ‘M2 equipped’ MacBook Air and MacBook Pro 13
Apple unveiled its laptop MacBook Air and MacBook Pro 13 with the next-generation processor “M2” chip at the World Developer Conference (WWDC22) held on the 6th.
M2 is a follow-up to M1, a system-on-chip (SoC) developed by Apple. M2, which is made with second-generation 5-nanometer technology, boasts improved speed compared to its predecessor.
The new MacBook Air with M2 features an expanded 34.5cm liquid Retina display and a 1080p FaceTime HD camera. In addition, it is equipped with a four-speaker sound system, up to 18 hours of battery usage time, and a MagSafe charging function.

MacBook Pro 13 supports up to 24GB of integrated memory with M2 and supports multi-tasking and smooth bulk work with 50% expanded memory bandwidth.
