Sakura, you’re with the Hive after all? Will “The 2nd IZ*ONE” be born?
Rumors have resurfaced that Miyawaki Sakura (23), a former member of IZ*ONE, signed an exclusive contract for Hive.
A Hive Labels official told MyDaily on the 19th, “We can’t confirm the artist’s contract details. We ask for your understanding.
Earlier on the 18th, Japanese media Wow Korea reported that Sakura Miyawaki signed an exclusive contract with Hive and will leave for Korea in August.
A Sakura official also told the media, “Sakura Miyawaki will leave for Korea with a contract with Hive.”
It is not the first time that Miyawaki Sakura has signed a Hive. In March, there was also a possibility of joining a new girl group that Hive will introduce in the future. At the time, a Hive official said, “Nothing has been decided.”
As such, rumors of Sakura’s exclusive contract for Hive continue. On the 17th, rumors of the transfer of IZ*ONE-born Kim Chae-won to Hive also surfaced. Kim Chae-won’s current agency Woolim Entertainment and Hive said, “We can’t confirm the artist’s contract details. “We ask for your understanding,” he said.
Two exclusive contracts and two silences. If not, smoke would have been on the chimney, and many people are paying attention to Sakura’s hive.
Meanwhile, Sakura made her debut with the Japanese group HKT48 in 2011. Since then, he appeared on Mnet’s “Produce 48” in 2018 and ranked second as a member of IZ*ONE, a joint group between South Korea and Japan.
In April of this year, IZ*ONE concluded its exclusive contract with CJ ENM and ended its activities. Sakura returned to Japan and graduated from HKT48 in June.
